Delivery and Returns

How do I pay and how is delivery handled?

For products purchased from shop.globalrecords.com, you have the following payment options:

  • Cash on delivery: You can pay in cash upon delivery or when picking up the package. If you choose delivery by courier, before shipping the order, the shopping cart will calculate and display the exact value of the shipping costs.
  • Online payment by bank card: This option is available regardless of the delivery method chosen.

Delivery Methods

  • Courier delivery: The package will be delivered to the address provided in the order and will be handed directly to the recipient by the courier.
    • Your contact details will be included on the package, in case the courier has trouble reaching the specified destination. Therefore, it’s important to provide a phone number in the order form where the courier can reach you if needed.
    • The delivery timeframe is displayed on both the product page and the order completion page (shopping cart).
    • After completing the order, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided address, where you can check the estimated delivery date.

What are the delivery charges?

The displayed prices include VAT. This delivery fee will be added to the order total, so the price you pay to the courier to receive your package will be the cost of the order plus the delivery fees.

How can I return a product/order?

You have 14 calendar days to request a return. You can now return products online directly from your user account. Here's what you need to do:

  1. Log in to your account, go to the "My Orders" section, click on the order from which you wish to return the product(s), and then click the "Return" button. Follow all steps to complete the return process.

  2. Make sure you have all the necessary items for the return: the original invoice, warranty certificates, tags, etc.

Under what conditions can I return products?

Returned products must be in the same condition as when received: undamaged and without defects.

According to Article 10(c) of Government Ordinance 130/2000, shop.globalrecords.com reserves the right not to accept the return of products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or that can deteriorate (perishable) or spoil quickly, such as underwear, swimwear, stockings, and unsealed cosmetics. Each product page indicates whether the product is eligible for return. Products that are part of a set must be returned as a set.
